Don't say: Between me and you, our teacher is not qualified enough.
But say: Between you and me, our teacher etc….
Don't say: This tissue is dirty, throw it.
But say: This tissue is dirty, throw it away.
Don't say: Give me a bread.
But say: Give me bread.
Because bread is uncountable noun. So, the uncountable nouns don'` take either a/an or "s" for the plural
