يعتزم مجلس الجمهور الهلالي في المنطقة الشرقية إقامة إجتماع يوم الاحد 17-3 - 1432 في مقر المجلس بكورنيش الدمام في إستراحة المستريحة الواقعة في كورنيش الدمام . نرحب بكل من يود حضور الاجتماع و سيتم مناقشة عدة نقاط في هذا الأجتماع أهمها :- - مناقشة استقبال الفريق الاول لكرة القدم بنادي الهلال الذي سيصل للشرقية استعداد لمقابلة نادي االفتح بالدوري . - تجهيز الرابطة التي ستكون متواجدة وتوفير كل ما تحتاجه. - استقبال الأقتراحات من أعضاء المجلس و من الحضور. تجدر الأشارة إلى أن بداية الاجتماع سيكون في الساعة السابعة مساء . وباذن الله تستمر الانتصارات الهلالية في الشرقية. |

أصدر صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير نواف بن فيصل بن فهد الرئيس العام لرعاية الشباب رئيس الإتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم توجيه للجنة القانونية بالاتحاد بالاجتماع مع اللجنتين الفنية والانضباط والتحقق من جميع ما صدر عن تلك اللجنتين من قرارات ومراجعة آلية عملها لما لوحظ مؤخرا من ازدواجية في قراراتهما وعدم وضوح التفسيرات القانونية لبعض مواد الأنظمة في الإتحاد بشكل عام مما جعل هناك خلل في التطبيق والمعالجة للحالات التي حدثت في بعض المباريات والتي حدثت فيها أمور تستوجب عقوبة قانونية وما صدر من تصاريح صحفية خارجة عن روح النقد المقبول التي تستوجب الية تعامل نظامية مع هذه التصاريح الخارجة عن الانتقاد أو الاحتجاج التي تسمح بها الأنظمة على أن ترفع اللجنة تصور بأسرع وقت لمعالجة أو إضافة أو تعديل أي مواد في لوائح اتحاد كرة القدم أو آلية عمل وصلاحيات كل لجنة وإعطائهم مدة أسبوعين للرفع بذلك عاجلا وبيان ما يجب أن يعدل أو يضاف من مواد الآن وما يقترح أن يترك للدراسة والتشاور مع الاتحاد الدولي والأسيوي للفترة القادمة على أن يطبق مع الموسم القادم وذلك حرصا من سموه على تطبق اللوائح والأنظمة على الجميع بالعدل والإنصاف الكامل كما وجه سموه بدراسة العقوبات والتعامل النظامي مع كل لجنة أو عضو أو موظف في اتحاد القدم إذا صدر منه أي خطا نظامي وماهي آلية التعامل التي تسمح بها الأنظمة القارية والدولية وما هو متاح من مساحة لإضافة كلوائح للأنظمة المحلية. من جهته أوضح الدكتور ماجد قاروب رئيس اللجنة القانونية المستشار القانوني للاتحاد أنه بناء على توجيه سمو رئيس الاتحاد سيتم من الغد الاجتماعات مع اللجان المعنية لتدارس الموضوع من جميع الجوانب ولضمان وضع اللازم من تعديلات أو تصورات إضافية على ما هو موجود من أنظمة بشكل يمكن تطبيقه هذا الموسم منذ صدور قرار فيه خلال أسبوعين وما يمكن دراسته والتشاور فيه مع الاتحاد الدولي والآسيوي للعبة وأوضح الدكتور ماجد انه رغم صدور قرار سمو رئيس الاتحاد بتفويض كامل للجان لاتخاذ ما يلزم بناء على الصلاحيات المنوطة بها إلا انه نظرا لوجود عدم وضوح أو خلل في التطبيق استوجب إصدار مثل هذا القرار من صاحب الصلاحية . وأكد د . ماجد انه وفقا لتوجيه سموه ومن مبدأ الشفافية والوضوح مع الجميع سيصدر في الأيام القادمة إيضاح كامل لما سيتم لاطلاع المتابع والوسط الرياضي حول هذا الموضوع >>>> تبعات قرار رادوي !!! |
